0:55.0	When I think of being triumphant, I think of being triumphant, I think of freedom, that feeling of no longer being enslaved to something that has held us back or held us down, that freedom we find and letting something go that maybe we've been holding on to so very tightly that the grip we have on it is actually gripping us. Mental freedom, physical freedom,
1:01.9	emotional freedom, spiritual freedom. It's something all of us want and something for a lot of us
1:07.8	we have perhaps never had or haven't had for a very long time.
1:11.7	When it comes to the body, I think of this picture that I've seen people on the internet
1:16.2	post that has represented freedom. And maybe to them it has. It's a picture of them posing
1:22.9	in a bathing suit on the beach with their cellulite showing and they're laughing and they're
1:29.4	smiling and maybe they're running whatever the case is and it's it's all really beautiful truly
1:35.5	is and every time i've seen that picture i've just never really gotten it honestly that's not to say that it's wrong it's not to say that it's wrong. It's not to say that it's not awesome.
1:48.8	I really have thought it was beautiful. I just haven't really gotten it. I'm not being judgmental
1:53.2	of anyone who's posted that. I certainly don't mean to be or I don't want to be, really. I'm not
1:58.8	downplaying it because I think that it really does represent
2:03.7	freedom for someone that maybe their whole life hasn't felt like they could wear a bathing suit on
2:10.0	the beach or put that in a picture and not feel weird about it. Maybe they have always stood behind
