You guys, this is a big, big episode.

It is our 100th podcasting episode.

And we haven't released an episode in a really long time because I have literally been sitting on this episode for, I think, a month.

Has it been a month?

Yeah, I think we've been talking about it for a month. Yeah. And I've just been trying to formulate, like, what is it

that I want people to know? Because we're going to release this episode and then we're going to kind of

be done until the new year and then we'll release all the episodes we've been recording.

But I wanted to kind of go out with like a bang,

and I wanted to bring a lot of heart and soul into this episode. And so this is what we're

going to do. This is what we're going to talk about. Yeah. I want to talk about the history of this

podcast and the things that the most eye-opening things that have come to me or come to us as we have been on this

health journey and this mission to help empower people to be their own healers.

So we're going to share that.

We're going to try and channel that if Tristan were here speaking, super excited around his

100th podcast episode, what would he want

everybody to really know? Exactly. And so we're going to talk about that. And then towards

the end of the episode, there's an audio clip that I want listeners to hear. And this was recorded

by Tristan a year ago, October. I think it was like October 16th of 2020. And he actually

recorded it for the kids, for Tennyson and Sotori. And it was a message to them. And it was
