1:35.9 | weeks-ish have been a down cycle. And what I mean by that is a lot of emotion has come up. A lot of |

1:46.0 | feels like in the human body, because I think the past year, I've done so much healing, |
1:51.6 | emotional healing, which has directed me to connection, like really deep connection with myself |
