We've got a hell of a show for you today. We've got some crazy YouTuber news stories.

We've got the return of review review, where I review your reviews of the show.

But before that, I have been asked by my producer, producer Joe, to do a small bit of admin

due to some new rules passed down by the government or something. I don't know.

Basically, I have to now announce at the start of every podcast the ingredients of the podcast,

so that anyone with special dietary requirements or anything is just aware what's going on.

So I've got the packet the podcast comes in here.

I'm just going to read this out.

So this podcast just heads up. It contains news.

if I remember my GCSE science correctly. It contains water. It contains red and yellow artificial

Heptothallobalamine. There's 600 grams of that in the show, which seems like a very

high amount. It contains uraniums 2, 9 and 14, radon, fresh almonds almonds that's quite nice

raisin extracts

lithium carbide

and something called

prussic acid
