Today's 10-minute walk is helping both of us remain fitness consistent.

Hi, I'm Dave. Let's go for a walk. It is a chilly, cloudy, windy morning here in Myrtle Beach,

South Carolina. If I have given you the impression that this is a year-round haven for

sunshine and warm temperatures, I've given you the wrong impression. While we do have a lot of that,

we don't have that every day, and this is one of those days where it is cloudy, chilly,

chilly, windy, and I am layered up and comfortable as I walk. By the way, if you are

walking here in December, I believe this is the hardest month of the year to remain fitness

consistent. Fitness is hard year-round, but in December, it's particularly challenging.

So if you are walking, you are doing not just a hard thing, you're doing a really hard thing,
