Today's 10-minute walk is helping both of us remain fitness consistent.

Hi, I'm Dave. Let's go for a walk. I want to tell you a story of something that happened recently,

and I debated whether to do this episode or not. Because there's a lot, as I tell the story story there's a lot that I don't know and

there are some assumptions that I'm making and it could sound that I'm being

judgmental I'm really not this is more of a an observation and then I'm going to turn it and apply it to me and

reactions that I have and attitudes that I have. So I hope that is clear. And again, there are some assumptions I'm making here and I'll point those out as we go through the story.

So recently I went to Coles. We have a Coles that's maybe five, ten minutes from where we live.

And one of the cool things about Coles is if you have something that you ordered from Amazon and you want to return it take it to Coles and they'll

package it up and send it back it's it's this amazing service and then they'll

give you a coupon that you can use a discount coupon that you can use in Coles

for I think it's about a week so I was going to Coles to take something back

or something that Ava had ordered and decided that she wasn't going to keep. Actually,

there are two things now that I think about it. So I'm walking from my car towards the store,

and I notice a woman, an older woman, who entered the store ahead of me.

I didn't really pay a whole lot of attention to her.

I mean, I just didn't.

So I go into Coles and notice that they had kind of changed some things around,

I'd been there in a while.

But the desk, the counter where you return items to Amazon,

that remained in the same place.

And so I walked over to the counter and this woman who had entered Coles a little before me

was in line in front of me.
