0:32.3	aren't we all triggered?
0:33.1	Don't we all get triggered from time to time by someone?
0:35.8	Okay, stupid question.
0:37.0	The answer is obviously yes.
0:38.5	But did you know that most of the time when someone is actually triggering you?
0:42.2	It's because they're either jealous or envious of you.
0:45.1	I know, shocker, we all think that when we get triggered by someone, it's because we're
0:48.2	insecure or something's going on inside of ourselves, which could very well be the case,
0:52.4	but someone could be triggering you or getting
0:55.0	under your skin or saying something to cut you or doing something because they're actually jealous
1:00.2	of you. And you don't see that. You just see the trigger. You could actually be triggering them in
1:05.2	some way. Because you're doing this, not intentionally, but because of their own insecurities and
1:10.1	their own stuff, which is making them
1:11.9	feel uncomfortable.
1:13.2	It's then causing them to react or say something in a certain way that is just stinging.
1:18.1	And you begin to start like reacting in a way that isn't your normal self.
