There's a good lesson in there for us, boys. Be more cringe on the potty.

Do not tell me that you haven't been singing this to yourself and getting jiggy with it.

Structure achieves strategy. Time and time again again you get the right people in the right structure.

That's when you get to achieve your strategy,

where too often people concentrate too much on vision and mission

and all of those buzzwords that make us feel good,

but then don't have the right structure in place.

There's no good news, there's no bad news, they're just this news.

And when you have that lens with your updates and understanding that even if there is bad news

to share, your investors have a vested interest in helping you solve those problems.

That is bang on. And despite me saying to myself, like time and time again that life and

business doesn't grow in a straight line and it's linear.

I still catch myself defaulting back to that and have to then remind myself every single time.

I love the way companies try and spin this.

Bullshit.

There's the other group of still, I haven't hit my head against the wall enough.

I haven't caused myself and those around me enough pain.

I'm going to continue to do the thing that the world demonstrates not to reward, but I'm special.
