Now as a lot of us know, comparison is what robs us of joy, comparing ourselves to other people, comparing ourselves to maybe fitter versions of

ourselves in the past or super fit versions of ourself in the future.

Now, of course, this is motivating. We all do seek to be better versions of ourselves,

but when we focus on the here and now and maybe being better versions of ourselves

from the person that we were yesterday

or last week or the week before,

we're always going to be thrilled with our progress.

We're going to recognize our progress.
