No Triathlon Kim, who if you haven't been around for ages and ages, she used to be the co-host

in the podcast.

Well, we are bringing her back not just to be the co-host, but to be the actual host of today's

podcast.

Yeah, it's with Kevin and Lauren, second time on the podcast. They are motive movers,

and they are best known as our triathlon journey who have been blowing up on the Instagram and the

TikTok. What did you talk about? All kinds of stuff. A lot of how they have overcome some of the challenges that they've had in triathlon

and that they too, despite how confident they look and both being military folks, so you kind

of think of them as like super strong, physically and mentally, that, you know, they have the

same challenges that everybody else does and how they got through them and some of the strategies

they employed to be able to work triathlon into their very busy lives.

So if you want a couple of chuckles and some good motivation, definitely go follow them.
