Hank, I'm a big proponent of NGOs and nonprofit work. I have a couple of my own that I've started and that I'm really involved in, so I am just really grateful to have you come and share your story and your journey today.

So what prompted you to get into the world of non-profit?

Sort of both a private sector background and sales marketing business

development advertising. I mean I have engineering degrees and the great thing

about going to engineering school was learning at a young age that I'm not an engineer.

And that's fine, but I respect it and I understand and this was quite relevant, you know, how things should be meshed and connected and how take it kind of like a system's view of any large problem, whether it's a large motor or a machine or a computer or a social system, like a city or an environmental ecological system like a meadow or whatever

in that there's levels and rates and there's inner connectivity and that's always that always stuck with me and

you know when you look in at a big problem you know how do you find
