There was this opportunity and I couldn't let it go by,

and I trusted myself enough to know that I could figure out how to deliver

even if it was out of my comfort zone.

And that moment, we all experience that in our lives,

Bennett, who is the founder and CEO of Headley and Bennett, an apron and workwork company

whose signature Amber Stan logo you can see on top chefs around the world. You'll hear all about

her background being from L.A. and her Mexican mother and her

strong connection to Mexico and she ends up moving there when she was 18. And we talked today about

what prompted her to get into having a workwear company going from a line cook at 24 to

outfitting some of the top chefs. And we talk about productivity and self-care and process
