and pick up a good book. I'm Elizabeth, your host and it is so wonderful to have you join me

tonight. This evening we are returning to Treasure Island. But before we do that,

as usual, take a minute to unwind and relax. Have a big stretch and feel the tension release from your muscles.

I'd like to invite you to join me in something called circular breathing.

It's an excellent technique to help calm your nervous system and your mind.

So we're going to inhale deeply through our nose for a count of four and out slowly through our mouth for eight.

So, breathe in for one, two, three, four.

And now out through your mouth. Two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.

If you like, keep breathing like this while I recap our last episode.

The one remaining injured pirate passed away under the doctor's knife, and sadly, Hunter had been too badly injured to survive his wounds.

He lay unconscious before slipping away quietly in the night.

The captain had received a broken shoulder and grazed a calf, but nothing too serious.

He did, however, need to rest to allow himself to heal. After he and Dr. Liversey had sat in consultation for some time, Gray and Jim saw the doctor

arrange his arms and supplies and head out into the woods.

Gray thought he was mad, but Jim suspected he had gone in search of Ben Gunn.

Then Jim had an idea of his own. Stuffing his pockets with biscuits, he took a couple of

pistols and when no one was watching, stole away to find the great white rock Ben Gunn had spoken of to see if he really had hidden a boat there.

It took all day, but Jim did find it.
