If you have any tension anywhere, allow that to soften or adjust your body if that helps.

Now, find stillness.

Take your awareness to your environment.

Notice the sounds around you.

Whether they appear and disappear, or are they constant.

Notice any smells. or are they constant?

Notice any smells and the temperature of the air?
