You know, can they present themselves in a way that a customer will find them, you know,

professional, the ability to make eye contact and shake my hand and be conversational?

I think phones have really made, taken away some of the conversationalness of people. And so as a technician,

you know, you've got to be able to go out there and converse and find that common ground,

like they said.
