Have you ever minimized your pain, thinking, “It’s not that bad compared to others”? In this second heartfelt episode of the “Your Body” mini-series, Lisa Whittle shares why downplaying our body trauma only prolongs the wounds—and how understanding our trauma through a biblical lens can bring true healing.
