And I'm here with Pete, as always, the founder of New Life, as well as the founder of emotionally healthy spirituality.

Last time we talked about limits. And what we're going to talk about today, there's a lot of overlap in terms of content and themes.

We're talking about transitions and the art of letting go. Transitions in the art of letting go.

So at different phases of our ministry life and leadership life, personal life, just living living life we're going to have to let go

and depending on how we do this uh will determine a lot about our own health yeah the success of our

churches and what have you i thought about it as we were talking just a couple of minutes ago, like letting go.

Like my daughter, Karis, seven years old, second grade, and this is the first time she's

taking school bus, you know?

Yeah.

And the first day, it was like, put her on the bus.

I had to let go. I used to take her every morning.

And the anxiety, the sense of, is she coming back? I'm letting her go here and trusting her.

And that's just a little home situation. But letting go is pervasive. It's all, it's our life experience here.
