As you know, we have a fall-inspired week here on the show. And if it's one thing, fall really brings us and really shows us, it's transition. I have been contemplating transitions and changes in my personal life lately. And looking outside and stepping outside, we watch

and witness that incredible transition that is happening in nature right now, and it's happening

so intensely. I don't think

there's any other season that feels this filled with changes as fall, and autumn actually does.

So right in front of our very eyes, we get to see trees falling from trees. We are witnessing

that incredible shift and change of color happening in nature now as

trees go from green to yellow, to orange, to red, to brown, and eventually falling off and decaying

altogether. There is so much transition happening in nature, and I know there is transition that's

been going on in your personal life too.

And I love how we can find that parallel between our outer nature and our inner nature.
