Hey, what's up everybody? Welcome to Trust and Believe. I'm your host, Shanti, and I'm smiling because I'm in a room full of incredible people. This podcast is a live podcast with people from my unity community. You know, right now we're around the holiday season and we're going into the new year.

And I was just having this conversation when I was at the IV therapy place.

I go to this restore place where you can get IV therapy, infrared sauna, cryotherapy.

But anyway, I was having a conversation with the nurse there.

And we was just talking about how the holidays bring around so much anxiety and angst for a few

different reasons.

One family. I remember growing up and I used to think

that every other house on the street had this incredible family. They had more money. So everything

must have been really fine and dandy in their homes. And then not till I grew up and I started

talking to friends that grew up around me

that I realized that so many people have all these issues and they're just not talked about. And so

the nurse and I were talking about how the holiday season from Thanksgiving all the way through

the new year, there's so many families that come together and play like,

oh my gosh, it's a holiday, but every family has drama.

And it made me feel really normal.

So I thought that was really interesting.
