Hey, what's up everybody? Welcome to Trust and Believe. I'm your host, Sean T. And today, you know what?

I'm going to talk about something that's really been on my mind a lot lately. But I want to first say,

before we get into the podcast, that you all know that I'm not an anti-vactor. I'm not against COVID.

I believe that it's 100% real.

I believe in science.

I have a degree in science.

But there have been some things throughout this pandemic that have, in my opinion, gone unnoticed.

But maybe not necessarily only unnoticed.

There's also been some things that I think have gotten less attention that should have really

gotten a lot of attention.

And it's affected me.

And that has to do with the mental health behind this pandemic.

And more importantly, there have been some things going on throughout the pandemic that have

exacerbated

that. So I just wanted to preface by saying this is not some sort of like crazy political

believe in this, but not believe in that. I can promise you that there's someone within the five

closest people to you that have experienced something like I've experienced, even if it's

just a little bit.

And hopefully it'll help you be a little bit more compassionate or even just maybe look at the

world in a different way through someone else's eyes.

And you'll be able to help them trust and believe in themselves.
