You're, I wouldn't say special or rare, but you're an uncommon investor.

You don't even live in the United States, and you're investing in the U.S.

So let's talk about your background, how you start in real estate over 20 years ago in New York

City, which is a tough town in and of itself. But, I mean, going quickly, I graduated college in June of 2001.

And then three months later, September 11th happened. So corporate hiring, especially in New York City,

was kind of a standstill,

and I found myself kind of falling into real estate, hadn't planned on it. But I, you know,

I took an agent position like we typically do in a real estate franchise. And mind you, you know,

I came from an immigrant, middle class family. And I worked all through high school and college, but I had no, you know, no sales from an immigrant, middle-class family, and I worked all through high school and college,

but I had no, you know, no sales experience. So I ended up joining the team of the number one person there, got some experience, eventually became her manager, and later helped her open

up her own office, but I realized I wanted more than that. So I ended up taking an assistant

property manager position at

an 8 building, Gated Community, and it was a condo conversion project. So I ended up handling the leasing

of 300 units and then eventually turning and selling 109 units in 18 months, which was like
