Welcome, my name is Lauren. Today we're going to focus on relaxation, calm and restoring your physical and mindful being.

Before we start,'d like you to create a space.

A comforting space, a simple space in which you can practice meditation safely and with serenity.

Put on comfortable loose clothing, this might be your pyjamas or some other loose fitted clothing.
