Hey, what's up everybody, and welcome back to another episode of that traathlon show, the podcast

0:23.4

presented by Scientific Traathlon.com.

0:27.0

I'm your host Michael, and on today's episode, I'm you Leslie Patterson.

0:31.0

Leslie is a coach and multiple world champion across Exterra and ITU Cross Traathlon, and today we discuss her general training and coaching philosophy and principles, as well as some specific

0:43.3

advice relating to Xtera and cross triathlon.

0:47.3

But do keep in mind that we have a lot of general discussions around training here that applies to everybody.

1:54.5

and more, even though we could have probably gone on for a lot longer still because it was a really

1:58.8

interesting chat.

2:00.8

But let's get to that right after thanking our sponsors, precision hydration.

2:05.6

If you want to race Xterra or off-road triathlon, as Leslie says in the interview,

2:11.3

it might look like an Olympic distance race when you look at the distances, but in many ways
