Seminars, November 10th through the 12th, and then February 4th through the 6th,

all of those, of course, in Wichita Falls.

For camps coming up, we have a coaching development camp covering how to coach the squat

on November 6th in Cincinnati at starting strength Cincinnati. Then we have a couple self-sufficient lifting camps on the list that's covering the

squat the press, the deadlift, how to film yourself and how to diagnose your own technique.

One on November 13th and then one on January 22nd, both those in Wichita Falls.

Just added a squat camp to the list on the Mediterranean, no less. That'll be in Tel Aviv Israel

on November 20th. And then we have a squat and deadlift camp in Phoenix on November 6th at

weights and plates. And finally, a three lift camp covering the squat, the press, the deadlift,

in Baltimore at 5 by 3 on November 7th. A couple new starting strength dreams have started their pre-sale process.

San Antonio, Texas is now taking pre-sales as well as Cincinnati. And the cool thing about

Cincinnati is that if they get to 100 pre-sail signups within the month, Ray Gillingewater

is committed to getting a tattoo of Harambe on his back to honor our fallen hero,
