of us.

Alex and Clay with a great episode on Monday, the three of us getting together. We have a little bit of

time to recap what we've seen the last couple of days. We saw the pads come on. That's exciting.

And we are going to break it all down today a little bit of a lighter practice. Shells and shorts

today went only about 90 minutes, I think, Alex. And it was, of a lighter practice. Shells and shorts today,

We heard from Dennis Allen and Caleb Williams today.

Where do we want to start? Should we start with day two of pads? Let's start there. Some of our biggest takeaways, Clay, I know you were out there yesterday

as well, getting a good look at, you know, the trenches and the run game. Perfect, Ruthie. I was

hoping that's what you're going to say. We're the trenches because that is is what, to me and Alex Shapiro, we're watching over there. We got the nice

side stands, the stands on the side of the field was just an amazing view. We got to see it.

It was up close and personal. It was great. But to start in the trenches, just to dive right in,

I was impressed with the offensive line.

I really thought that they brought it.

They were getting three yards at least.
