We were all out at practice at some point over the last few days.

Alex and I at Family Fest yesterday.

Clay Harbor was at practice on Saturday.

That was a big padded practice.

I wasn't out there for that one.

So interested to get your thoughts there.

But the big headlines are just headlines, right?

Like I feel like we should just say that.

I feel like this is where we have an opportunity to sort of dive into the nitty-gritty, break it all down,

let you know what we think about what we're seeing, and how that may or may not compare to fan video getting relayed on

Twitter like it's blown up and then talked about yeah which is fine we love the fans but like

you know there's more to it it's more to the story I would say and it's game week baby it's game

we got a game oh my goodness even better than that way

what about here yes even better than it being game week is that it's a joint practice week

oh yeah yeah my personal favorite day of training camp whenever the team i'm covering gets to do a

joint practice it is chef's kiss.

And dare I say, Friday's joint practice with Miami Dolphins will be considered the Ruthie Bowl.
