Hey, what's going on, guys? Welcome back at the Jeremy Scott Finns podcast, Radio Show, coming to you on this Sunday, January the 4th, 2026. Hopefully it finds you staying safe and staying sweaty all at the same time. On today's episode, we are talking my training and nutritional protocol for 2026 being a 42 year old dad still in the game,
