Hey everybody, I'm back. I'm back. After a little bit of a hiatus from doing

solo episodes, if you've been following, I've been down to just one episode a week

for the past I guess six weeks. Well we sold the house. We closed on the house, put me in a situation where I was constantly packing things up and trying to figure out where we'd be living and I guess in theory I'm homeless now but living in an Airbnb and getting ready

to go on a four-week vacation while we try to sort out where we're going to set up

our next permanent residence.

Love the house we were living in, but hey, the kids grew up.

We don't need that much house anymore.

And it's time for us to enter another period of our lives

where we can downsize, and I don't have grass to cut. I could be

out riding my bike doing a trail run or hiking instead of cutting my grass. That all sounds great.

Love it. Today's word of the day, ridiculous.

What is ridiculous?

Yesterday, I stopped in Dick's Sporting Goods new location up here where I live. I live in the

Binghamton, New York area. This is where Dick's Sporting Goods started. They

had a location that was just a normal size retail area, I'd say, in a strip mall.

And they had a pretty good selection of gear, whether it was camping reasonable amount.

If you were like entry level, mid level, you'd find what you need.
