Notre Dame cornerback commit, Cree Thomas out of Arizona.

Cree, thanks so much for joining us today.

Last time I spoke with you to sort of set up this podcast, you told me you were just heading on

vacation going to Barcelona. I myself have been thinking a lot about, you know, traveling in

Europe. So I was really interested to hear that. How was a trip, man? What were the highlights?

It was awesome.

You know, I just got to go up there just being my dad. You know, we hit up the Lasagrada Familia,

famous church in Barcelona. It was amazing. We got to go to the beach. It was just a totally awesome

trip overall. And I wanted to say, thank you guys for having me on this podcast today.

the next question? Yeah. I just want to start here with something I know you've talked about with

Kevin in the past. Obviously, you know, a product of Brofi Prep, Benjamin Morrison kind of laid the path to come to Notre Dame before you.

I know you guys had a year of overlap there.

What sort of, how much did his experience for those two years weigh into your decision?

How much did you sort of talk about him or talk to him about that process?

And what can Notre Dame really build in terms

of a pipeline of talent from Brofi Prep in Arizona into South Bend? You know, I talk to him a lot.

Anytime I had a question, not even just about Notre Dame, but about my recruiting process in

general. I would always just text Ben because, you know, he went to the same high school as me.

I knew him.
