before we do that the big story over the last month is the

renters reform bill Rob you are quick to the scene you put on a YouTube video out

on this very subject which we'll link to in the show notes but for those who prefer

give everyone an understanding of what has happened because there's a lot of information out there and as you alluded to last week not all of it is correct.

So let's set things straight what has happened what are the headlines and then we can get into maybe some of the things that have been

misreported as well. Yes for sure so the reason this has been talked about again and this has been going on for

more than a year now is it has now finally passed through the House of Commons.

So politicians have finished arguing about it amending it and doing all their thing.

It's now off with the House of Lords.

When it comes back to the Lords, it should be ready to be made law.

Although there's some complications there,

which we can get into in a bit. And in the latter stages of its journey through the Commons,
