He now needs to sell as his circumstances have changed, however he never got the tenant to sign a new lease under his name. 0:58.9	good yields and I'm considering a third maybe fourth property in the near future.

1:09.7	or perhaps look at diversifying my portfolio and in a way reduce the risk of my entire
1:15.2	portfolio being downvalued should there be a property price crash in Nottingham by investing in
