Hey everyone. It's Robby here with Rob D and you are listening to the

0:05.7

Property Podcast and this week we get a bit feisty because we debate on the

0:09.8

services that we believe you should pay for but but where it gets really interesting, is where we debate

0:14.9

on what's not worth paying for. Thank you for joining it. If you don't know, we've got a

0:27.6

company called Property Hub Invest that bought over 100 million pounds worth of property

0:31.2

last year for our clients. You can find out more about that at

0:33.4

Property Hub.net slash Invest. But before we debate what is and isn't worth paying for, let's

1:25.6

So in this article it talks about different experts who are now saying that property prices in the UK should rise in 2024 which you could say

1:35.8

well fair enough that's what we've been saying on a podcast so I can't others say

1:39.7

well those same experts actually predicted falls this year, not that long ago either.

1:45.7

Remember, we are only in April, and a few months ago,

1:48.9

Savals said that property prices would fall by 3% this year.

1:53.2

Now in this article they haven't put their new number in because that would be a little
