That's why the title of the show is going behind

the scenes of a hundred million pound property business. We want to give you the

inner workings of our business. How we actually do what we do, who's in our team and

the biggest challenges that we face

running this business so the true behind the scenes stuff I think people are gonna

really enjoy this Rob setting the scene let's get straight into it. How many people have we got Rob and what do they all do?

I was hoping you could tell me. No, we've got about 30 people on the team and they're covering all the

normal functions that you'd expect a business to have. So you've got sales,

marketing, finance, HR and IT. In our case it's a small IT team focused specifically around Salesforce

which is the platform that we run our whole business off.

So that's all the normal stuff, but also Rob, there's a couple of teams in there with names that might sound a bit

mysterious that are specific to our business.

And the first one of those is the Care Team.

What do the Care Team do?

Yeah, the Care Team you could easily mistake for a customer service team because every business or a lot of businesses have a customer service team or department and our care team do look after our investors but it's so much more than that

there's a lot of complexity around buying a property so the care team needs to be

experts of what they do.

So they will guide our investors through the conveyancing,

they will guide them through getting a mortgage,

getting a property let.
