house prices and Rob day is night black is white house prices are going up what the

hell is going on I do not know know Rob. I'm going to stop trying to guess because it's a crazy market right now. Now you may not know, listening to this, that last month property prices went up and I thought it might just be an anomaly,

because the nationwide price index came out first,

and that showed that property prices had gone up for the month of October.

Okay, but that's nationwide, but surely when Halifax's numbers come out, it might

counteract that. It's just something wrong with their data. But no, Halifax also showed that property prices are up in October.

So nationwide showed growth of nearly 1%, 0.9%.

And Halifax actually went through 1% and prices rose by 1.1%.
