1:04.4	I've got a bit of a good slash bad situation which I need your advice on how to navigate.
1:09.6	And basically what it is, I've rented out the property,
1:12.8	seems to have a nice enough tenant in there,
1:14.6	paid five-month-to-one-year contract
1:17.7	that we got with them on the standard lease.
1:20.6	We've got in there after our first inspection after about three or four months and the
1:24.6	Teddon has kind of upgraded the house by new jackin, painted the walls, new wallpaper,
