So it's time for our new story of the week and this week we're looking at the report

from HomeTrack, it's their UK house price index and the latest data shows us that house

prices are up 7.8%, that data runs for the year up to January.

Now it's then interesting because it breaks it down into areas, HomeTrack do a great

city report but they've got a wider region report which looks up town, cities, villages,

the lot and this did surprise me, top of the table is Wales.

So Wales on average last year according to HomeTrack saw growth of 11.7% while London was

slowest at 3.1%.
