Hi Robb and Robb, Steve from Manchester here. Long term Mr. at the show, big fan, you've

helped me a lot on the way, and I've been investing for a few years now and looked at very

strategy, spoke to lots of different people, and one of the things that I come across a lot

is the negativity towards property investing and to landlords. You often hear terms like

parasites, leeches, and that all landlords are bad, and that property shouldn't be for investing,

it should be for the people. I think comments like that really, and hollows sort of negative

attitude towards it. I try to sort of approach it in an ethical way. I look after my tenants

as best as I can, do what's right for them, make it their home etc, support them when they need it,

and you still hear people making these comments. I just wanted to get your sort of point of view

on how you deal with this negativity, how you respond to these people, do you have an argument

with these people, or a conversation with them negativity, if you like. Stephen, thank you.
