ish best episodes that we've produced this year in our humble opinion.

come to be informed and inspired, even if that Thursday does turn out to be two days before

Christmas Day. So we know your mind is probably on food and family and presence

and having a bit of downtime. You don't want something super heavy. So instead,

we're not going to give you anything heavy or anything new. We're going to direct your attention

back to some of the best episodes that we believe we put out on the Property Podcasts this year.

These are a combination of our favourites and the ones that we've had the best reactions to

from the Property Hub community. So if over the next couple of weeks you need a break from

family, you just need to stick those earbuds in and give some attention to something else for

a while. So if you haven't listened to all of these episodes, and even if you have, because they

deserve a refresher, these are the ones that we believe you should be checking out. So Rob, what's

first up? It first on the list, Rob, is a podcast that we couldn't have produced a few years back,

because I don't think we knew. And that's the great thing about the podcast is we've learned

on this journey as well. And our rationale for Property Prices and why they go up in price over time

has certainly developed over the years and improved. It's not that it was particularly wrong.

It's just that it's not as simplistic as it's just one reason, and that's why Property Prices

go up. So the episode that we're recommending is episode 416, the real reason Property Prices

go up. And it's one of those episodes that, of course, has the economics aspect to it, but
