Welcome back to Lantern Rouge Cycling Podcast, presented by Zwift. This is Stage 19. The first

slightly more straightforward sprint stage that should have been a sprint that we've had for a

while 189 Ks from Castelnell, Manioc to Kaor. It has some rolling hills, most importantly in the

middle of the stage for about 20-30 kilometres rather. Then a couple of rollers were to in like

1700 metres, 6%-1400 metres, 6% then the finish uphill drag. Part of it looks and the rolling

hills before there. It's just, with everyone on their last legs, it's a difficult stage to control.

We knew the sprinter's teams, Albuson, Lotto, Bike Exchange would be desperate to do so because

there's been a dearth of sprint opportunities in this year's Tour de France. But the Tour de

France men's race may finish on Sunday with the last proper stage GC-Ys tomorrow, but the

Tour de France fam of ex-Wift kicks off on Sunday. Benji and I, I'm going to start my journey

tomorrow morning. But yeah, that race is back to back with the men's race and Zwift is calling
