Welcome back to Lantern Rouge Cycling Podcast. For the last mount stage of the Tour de France,

Louder to Outercam, this show is always presented by Zwift, another crazy non-stop action stage.

This is one of the best ground tours I've ever seen. I think the best one we've ever covered,

and we haven't even finished yet. 144K's, three main climbs, two HC-1 count, one or bisque,

17K's, 7% after 60K's of relative flat, which would make brake formation and absolute pain again,

then the colder span delts, 10K's, 8.3%, very hard climb. There is barely any valley once we get

started, by the way, into these mountains, descent, and then the Outercam, 13.5K's, 7.9% hard finish,

not to altitude warm conditions, but not disgustingly hot like previous stages. But it's the

Tour de France action here, hasn't been enough to you. The Tour de France fam of X-Wift kicks off

this Sunday, 24th of July, Benji and I will be on site in Paris before the men's race,

and Zwift ourselves are calling on all cycling fans to watch the fam. We will be doing pods
