| 0:14.9 | medium mountain stage with one sort of longer climbing section. We have flat for 102 kilometers, some rolling hills, but then they do a 3.8K, 7% climb |
| 0:24.6 | category two, descent, short valley, and then a stepped climb. |
| 0:28.6 | It's like four kilometers of climbing. |
| 0:30.3 | There's a 7% mile section in there. |
