0:04.0	Evax Swift. We are finally hitting some longer climbs. We even have a 20 kilometre
0:08.0	20km from Clermont to Umber. This region I have synonymous with rampas inhumanus, steep climbs,
0:19.0	climbs with Pui in the name, Puit adome, Pui Marie.
0:22.7	It's not the stage we have today.
0:23.7	We actually have like the Cold de Biel, which after 57Ks of mostly flat, a little bit,
0:29.9	a few categorized climbs, but 57Ks of no serious climbing is 20Ks of about 5%, up to 1,400
0:37.4	meters, a fast flowing descent down to the
0:40.9	Col de chalcer and the descent's only about 8, 9Ks, not that long. Then they do 6.4Ks, 5.5%
0:48.2	another slightly longer descent, a little short valley than they do the Valcivier.
0:56.2	4.6Ks, 5.1%. Another bonus gate on top to get the GC riders jumping.
1:00.6	Plateau of 5Ks.
1:02.6	And then, again, a very fast, not that technical, to be honest,
1:08.0	descent to the finishing Nambayor.
1:09.8	So it's a hard stage.
1:11.7	It's the warm-up to the mountains.
1:13.3	It's got 2,400 meters of climbing.
1:18.2	It's not that hard either.
1:19.7	So there's no like wall to break it up clearly.
1:22.5	I think team tactics,
1:23.4	descending is important.
1:25.3	What Benji would be your... I should say the crashes of yesterday
