Welcome back. Today is day 22 of our 33-day preparation for total consecration to Jesus through Mary. We are in the third section where we are talking about Mary by her various

titles to understand her better,

her role in our lives, and the great work that God has asked her to do.

We've already talked about her titles, The New Eve, the Mother of God.

And today, we are going to talk about the words that the angel used to address her.

And these words are full of grace.

If you remember, the angel at the enunciation says, Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

So now, what does this mean full of grace, and why is that so important? First of all, let's talk about the word grace. Do you know what grace is? Well, grace is simply God's gift of himself. So when we talk about someone being full of grace, like Mary, we mean that God,

who is love, remember the gospel tells us that God is love, that he is beauty, that he is

goodness, that he is truth, that grace is when God gives part of himself to us.

And when we open our hearts up and receive him, God will come and dwell in our hearts.

And him dwelling there is grace.

If we were living like we ought, we will strive to receive as much grace, as much of God's

gift of himself into our hearts so that we are filled with him with his love, his goodness,

his beauty, his truth, and that those things will come out of us, that they will flood into

our relationships, that they will bring us peace, bring us joy.

So when the angel says this to Mary, she is saying, of all the people on earth, both now and
