We're broadening the scope.

We're bringing things back to college football.

Just got done talking about the NFL draft.

And what we're starting today is kind of like basically a four-part series breaking down the power for conferences and our thoughts, overall thoughts on them as a whole, now that they're getting out of spring. Obviously, we're going to wait to do Notre Dame's until after their spring practices over the blue and gold game is this Saturday. Can't wait for that one. But right now we're going to be looking at the SEC, and we're kind of breaking this down into like three different buckets, and we're going to follow this format for the other conferences that we're going to be doing.

First, we're going to talk storylines. We're going to talk about some teams that we like coming out of spring and then some teams that we have some questions about coming out of the spring. Some either remaining questions, like we'll have some remaining questions about Notre Dame coming out of the spring, common theme for us and some of those, or some new questions that have arisen and based off of some of the things that we've seen from spring out of the SEC team. So it's going to be a fun one. And to make our buddy, insured by Big Happy, we're going to totally talk trash about LSU the entire time and talking about how bad they suck and how terrible there just to make insured by Big feel better.

Well, I'm not talking about LSU. We don't have a sucks category, so I'm going to share that one for later in the office. We will talk about LSU, but I think you'll, I think you'll appreciate it. I don't know if you'll like it or not like it, but you'll appreciate our conversation about LSU. but when we talk about sort of getting into Trevor,

the storylines of the SEC,

and there's a lot of quarterback storylines,

and they go in two different directions.

And the first thing that we want to talk about is the fact that there have been some decisions made

a quarterback this spring, Trev.

There have been some players that have won quarterback jobs this spring, one of which is Austin

Simmons at Missouri. I don't know that there was an actual, like, major competition at Kentucky,

but you wanted to see that Kenny Minchie was going to say, okay, yeah, we made the right

decision going out and getting Kenny Minchie.

I think that was kind of a part of the process as well.

So there's at least two important quarterback decisions made this spring, one of which was expected.

The other, honestly, ended a little sooner than I expected.

And that was the battle between Austin Simmons and Matt Zollers.
