0:41.5	in my life and in my business. A few weeks ago I turned 40, the big
0:47.5	4.0. And of course that is a milestone in and of itself, but how it relates to today's conversation and to this podcast and really to my business is that it also
0:58.2	signified me being in this industry for a solid 10 years now.
1:05.1	It's actually been a little bit longer than that,
1:06.8	but it was back in 2014 that I really
1:10.0	started to take social media and building a personal brand and monetizing a personal brand

1:18.2	And so it was these two milestones, me turning 40 and then really looking back over the last 10 years of being in this
1:25.0	industry that I wanted to have a podcast conversation today about a lot of

1:34.5	celebration. So a few weeks ago my husband, my family, some of my family members and some of my dear
1:39.9	dear friends and I went to Costa Rica to celebrate the Big 4. And it was just truly so amazing to be there. I had never visited Costa Rica before. It was absolutely stunning. We stayed in a town called Los
