And it becomes very straightforward to get approved for a couple hundred thousand dollars.

And it's like even if you're a real estate investor or you're looking to scale your coaching

business or your restaurant, whatever it is, like if you had $100,000 you can borrow for free

for a year, how much quicker? How much more money can you make? How many more deals can you do?

in terms of getting access to zero percent interest business funding. So they can use that funding

to start businesses or scale businesses or have additional capital for their different real estate

deals. I always say if you want to win in this game of business, entrepreneurship, real estate

investing, you have to learn the game of leverage.

You have to learn it. If you don't understand leverage, you're never going to grow.
