There's kind of two broad categories of anti-inflammatory foods.

There's foods that are high in omega-3 fatty acids.

Omega-3 fatty acids help our bodies create the compounds that are anti-inflammatory,

supposed to be omega-6 fatty acid, which are inflammatory.

One of the things that cause inflammation is what's called oxidative stress.

When we burn oxygen for fuel and to help us fuel our bodies and when we get excess oxidative
