quarterback draft class that just left, well that means there's some new guys in

big-time spots that'll be starting for the first time ever. So we decided to

rank our top five new starting

quarterbacks. Now before we get too deep into this and you can see my graphic on

the screen I do want to set a few parameters. This is not hey you were a

starter at one school and then transferred to another school and are starting now.

So Dylan Gabriel, for example, started at Oklahoma, goes to Oregon, and now he's going to be a starter.

These are guys that have never started the season

as the quarterback.

So if you played in the bowl game last year

and you started, you're eligible to be on this list.

So I want to set a couple parameters.
