I think it's interesting as this week has progressed.

I think all of you are seeing the need to really become fantastic negotiators. It's one thing to negotiate

in a seller's market where essentially FOMO is going to lead the buyer to pay and do pretty

much whatever the seller demands. That's not really negotiating at the end of the day. That's

just order-taking folks.

And what we're going to be entering into is a time where you're going to have to negotiate

constantly for everything. And I was just, you know, I'm talking about like, for example,
