All right, so we are going to skip the intro on today's episode.

So one of the things that I've been seeing a lot of feedback on,

0:09.0

and rightfully so, is that the show lately has been too many ads.

0:17.2

And I wanted to record this to let you know,

0:20.9

mostly that I hear you.

One of the things that I've been trying to figure out on this show since the day that I launched it back in 2016

1:55.0

It's something that it's really important to me that we avoid, because ultimately the goal of this podcast, the goal of my book, the goal of everything I'm trying to do is to get the help in front of the people who truly need it.
